Dolomite Powder

Our offered array of Calcined Dolomite Powder is prepared using the carbonate that occurs naturally in the earth within the igneous and metamorphic rocks. Once extracted, the aforesaid carbonate is then crushed to form the powdered form. The mentioned range of powder finds implementation during the processing of ornamental stone, refractory brick and road stones because of its precise composition, effectiveness and purity. Also known by the name Doloma or Dolime, it tends to lose its reactivity, when heated at a very high temperature. Calcined Dolomite Powder can also be used as a slag forming material and desulphurizing agent for eliminating the impurities

Key Points:

  • When burnt it finds usage as a refractory material.
  • Ensures better production of basic sinter
  • Appears to be white in color and smooth to touch
  • Enjoys its usage a flux during the refinement of steel
